How do I contact Customer Care?

Contact our customer service department at support@sculptaustralia.com.au, we are always happy to help with any query. We are open from 10am-10pm AEST, Mon-Fri. Please note we are closed on public holidays and weekends.

What quality is the leather?

All our Jackets are made of  “Full Grain Leather” which is the highest quality leather. Also, the strongest, durable, and soft.

What is “Full Grain Leather”?

Simply put, full grain leather is the real deal, the best you can get.

What is “Genuine Leather”?

Unfortunately, the vast majority of consumers still believe genuine leather is the “best” or at least a premium product that warrants a highest price. The opposite is often the case.

How long does it take for you to reply to my query?

We incur high volumes of customer care in peak traffic times, but we will always endeavour to get back to you within 12 hours. This time may vary depending on public holidays and weekends.

How do I return an item?

Can I return an item for a refund?

No, we do not provide refunds.  However, items can be exchanged or a store credit can be provided upon return. Store credit can be used anytime and lasts forever.

How do I know when you have received my return?

Returns are processed immediately once the customer's return is received. You will receive an email with your return information when complete. 

How can I track my order?

Once your parcel has been dispatched and picked up by the courier, an email will be sent to you from the courier company (Australia Post, DHL etc) that will provide you with a link and a tracking number that will enable you to follow your parcel.

Can I change my order?

If you need to make urgent changes to your order please email us with the correct changes and include your order number within 1 working day. Please make sure your email is sent by 10pm AEST, we will endeavour any changes, If the parcel has already been dispatched changes cannot be made.

Once a payment has been received and your order is completed it is then subject to the returns policy. Please note changes to the address cannot be made once the order leaves our warehouse as it becomes the property of the courier company.

Can I cancel my order? 

Yes, please email us at support@sculptaustralia.com.au for any changes. 

The item I wanted is no longer on the website, will it be restocked?

If there is a particular item you wish to purchase but is no longer available on the website, please contact our team at support@sculptaustralia.com.au where we will inform you on whether this item will be restocked.
