Shipping & Delivery Updates During COVID-19

Dear Sculpt Customers,

Over the last few weeks we have been inundated with emails, website and social media enquiries and request for shipments updates and information on delays. We completely understand your frustration during this period and have been responding as promptly as we can.

We wanted to take this opportunity to update you all and hopefully answer some of your questions and concerns.

Obviously due to the Covid-19 crisis a lot of systems have changed and standards that we once knew as normal have been affected. Due to the lack of domestic and international flights there has been longer waiting times and shipping time frames have been dramatically extended on both standard and express shipments.  Unfortunately, these issues are out of our control and we ask that you continue to show patience as you wait for your delivers to arrive.

Orders are now taking "10 to 15 days" to be processed.  

Here at Sculpt, our team is still working as hard as ever. We have been strictly given orders by the government to "disinfect" every single product leaving our warehouse which is taking a little more time. 

For international customers please keep in mind that when tracking your orders there unfortunately won’t be an update until the goods have process through your country’s customs. Again, due to the increase in online shopping and international shipping there have also been delays in those areas as well.

Hopefully this has helped clear up some concerns and shared a better understanding of the system delays.

With the new implemented measure, we expect to see an improvement in time frames and overall shipping services.
